This fault may occur on all IPC models.
Symptom
After you access the web page of an IPC on a laptop to view live video, a blank screen appears. A message similar to "The display driver stops responding and has recovered" is displayed in the task bar on a laptop.
Cause
No driver mapping the hardware display adapter (card) is installed on the laptop, or the version of the existing driver is too old.
Solution
- Install a display adapter (card) driver or upgrade the existing display adapter (card) driver.
- Check
whether the fault is rectified.
- If yes, the procedure ends.
- If no, contact your service provider for assistance.
