Symptom:
After access the WEB page of an IPC on a laptop to view live video, a blank screen appears.
Possible Cause:
No driver mapping the hardware display adapter(card) is installed on the laptop, or the verion of the existing driver is too old.
Solution:
1、install a display adapter(card) driver or upgrade the existing display adapter(card) driver.
2、Check whether the fault is rectified.
if yes, no futher operations is required.
if no, contact your service provider for assistance.
