Hi Paola, it might be that the phone is faulty/damaged.
Does it look like it is powered on? do the customer see any lights at all? If not I would advice if the contract is still valid to open a Service request on the Correspoding TAC and proceed with the phone replacement.

hey Paola, could you try attaching a picture of the phone to see exactly what is the issue with it? and in this case we will see if there is something else we could do about it.
if you change the adapter or try another PoE cable with a working ones and issue still exists , i think you need to replace it
