Symptom
The black screen occurs during recording playback.
NOTE:
The problem in this topic is that the black screen lasts more than 30 seconds.
Possible Causes
- The encoding format of the video streams from the camera to the IVS client (C/S client or web client) is incorrect.
- The time zone of the client is different from that of the server.
Procedure
- Check whether the encoding format of the video streams is H.264.
- If no, set the encoding format to a format that is compatible with the system.
- If yes, go to the next step.
Check whether the fault is rectified.
If the fault is rectified, no further action is required. If the fault persists, go to the next step.
- Check whether the time zone of the client is the same as that of the server.
- If yes, go to the next step.
- If no, set the time zone of the client to the time zone of the server.
- Verify that the fault is rectified.
