Hello community,

We have a device with existing VPNV4 BGP peers, can you please confirm whether those sessions will drop if we configure 'undo policy vpn-target' under the ipv4-family?

If yes, is there any way to prohibit that? 'Cause we need to run that command with BGP VPNv4 peer state contiously running.

Hi,
No, the command 'undo policy vpn-target' only affects whether the VPNv4 routes being loaded into the BGP VPNv4 routing table, it wouldn't affect the established BGP VPNv4 peer session.
You can run it directly.
