BGP Full view on AR router

Task:

1. Option 1: capacity no more 300mbit/s, 2 peers with Full Veiw eBGP

2. Option 2: capacity no more 3gbit/s, 2 peers with Full Veiw eBGP


Huawei suggests to use AR3260 from 4 GB of the RAM onboard, Cisco says that it is necessary not less than 16GB.


Whether will pull AR3260 of 2 peers with FV BGP?

According to Cisco, it's recommended to have at least 512 MB of RAM, therefore 4 GB of RAM on AR series should be enough.
You need to consider the type of SRU, for example SRU80 supports full routing table, SRU 200 double full routing table.

The CPU frequency will determine the throughput performance. So it's best to check the number of cores and frequency.
