BD-STATUS in many boards in OSN6800 Highlighted

BD-STATUS in many boards in OSN6800

We have big network of DWDM based on OSN6800 .

Suddenly OSN6800-site (771) which has several subracks reported BD-STATUS repeatedly in many boards in the slave subrack no. 1. But the traffic didn’t have any cut .

FAULT

We directly thought about AUX as it the responsible of connecting boards data between eachothers and with SCC, then we replaced it with a new one but the alarm persisted , so we changed the SCC board in the slave subrack no.1 and then downloaded the configuration to it .

After some time the alarm started again , but then an alarm (HARD_BAD) raised in the Main SCC in the Main subrack , so we replaced it and everything then went good .

Conclusion :- because subracks are connected by ethernet , so a fault in a communication board could affect communication in other subracks or boards .
