HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

Hi Dear All,

I tried to commission my first 5G site and this 5G site has BBU5900 and the software that I used is BTS3900_5900_V100R016C10SPC180_ALL(Software).7z.

After downloading the activating config file I can not login to 192.168.0.49 but ping is working.

ths browser showed me the error: ''cant connect securely to this page'' and also there is nothing to abort it.

could someone help me in this case?

Thanks in advance

Hello, dear.

When logging in to the IP address, the browser will normally warn that the website is not secure. You can continue to visit. This problem is the default prompt of the browser that cannot be set.

Maybe you can check if the browser settings are correct. You can press the alt+X button in IE browser. In the drop-down menu, click "Internet Options"> "Advanced" and then check "Use SSL 2.0" "Use SSL 3.0" "Use TLS 1.0" "Use TLS 1.1" "Use TLS 1.2"

On top of the advise already given by others...

Please also make sure - the BBU5900 has the right *time* and *date*...

When working with digital certificates (as you need to do https) - these are judged by their validity timestamp... but if the BBU5900 does not have the right correct time... it may think: "this certificate is made for the future" - and it will get declined.

So, my advice: check time and date information first (via command line).

Hi Dear,
Thanks for your kind help.
Now I cant connect via IE or other browser.could you please let me know how can I connect and check or edit the Date?

Hi Ghaderi,

Setting time/date is just one possibility that may go wrong... could you please check and confirm you have done the checks [BetterMing] has suggested first? Those are settings on your own browser.

Then... if still access is not possible, try to ignore the certificate error. If no means of doing so, try another browser (Chrome, MSIE, FireFox, MS Edge - what ever you have).

Without webgui, it is common to access the BBU via other means (special engineering access). Might be even 'serial port' depending on model.

Let's try this in good order... and please let us know. I wish you good progress.

Hi Ghaderi,

It is done via LMT (Local Management Terminal). But! Let's not complicate things... the aim of troubleshooting is to simplify things, not make things more complicated.

Things need to be done in the right order: First "could you please check and confirm you have done the checks [BetterMing] has suggested"?

I wish you good progress.
