Hi guys!

I have another issue with battery string abnormal after 1-2 years using, I need to replace or mainternace or else? please give me some idea if I can follow, I will...

Hi friend! you can try below steps if can help:

Step 1 Ensure that the AC input power supply is normal.
Step 2 Switch off the battery circuit breaker.
Step 3 Replace batteries. Ensure that the positive and negative battery cables are properly connected.
Step 4 Switch on the battery circuit breaker.
Step 5 Wait until the system is powered on automatically. Check that the battery status is normal
(that is, no battery loop broken alarm is generated and the battery charging current is not 0.).

What happened to your battery string? If the hardware is faulty, return the hardware to the factory for repair or replacement.

If the battery hardware is faulty, contact the nearest dealer and return it to the factory for repair.

Please go to your nearest Market and Replace your Battery String because there is no other option we can solve here .
