We have an anomaly to one of Huawei system installed this weekend and need your help.

Basically the issue is the smart meeter measures wrongly the consumption and never sees there is surplus energy from panels, and therefore battery is never charged. Have a look at the attached pictures.

I could clearly see the system was feeding into the grid (house energy meter turning fast backwards, while the application was showing consumption from the grid , also high house consumption, and almost zero battery charge and no feed-in. Which is false as system was feeding in energy.

We have two inverters 4.6KTL(6kwp) with 10kW Luna battery connected and 3 phase power sensor  , and a 2KTL (3kwp) with no battery. I see no alarms in the system. The system discovered itself all components.
I attached more picture with serial nr of devices and their status.

We have 3 phase connection here without neutral, three sensors connected to those three phases with arrow heading house (consumption direction).

Please help identify what is wrong. I assume it could be something with DTSU666-H-3Ph sensors (wrong connected, although they were double checked). Or maybe something else?

Battery is now 16% and is decreasing every day not being charged at all.

Yes. In grid-tied mode, a meter is required, and most likely your meter has some wiring problems.
Read the user manual carefully.

Hello, dear.
I can see from your diagram that your house consumes a lot of electricity and you are not producing enough to cover the load of your house. You also need to buy power from the grid. How do you still have the extra energy to charge the batteries?

Hello, in fact here we have a grid owned energy meter that is turning in reverse when power is produced by the solar panels, this meter is turning backwards. The house is not consuming during the day because nobody is actually home to consume. The consumption is later in the evening but the battery is not charging during the times it should. In principle, the battery should charge as the electricity is produced and not used. At least this is what is happening. Has there ever been a case where a battery is failing to charge due to maybe a faulty energy smartmeter?

Your meter is wired with the positive and negative poles reversed.

The issue is resolved. The problem was the electrician connected the inverter to the grid side of smart meter not to the house. Once connected to the house all started to work well.  Thanks for your support.
