This topic describes how to deal with the problem that calls are barred.
Symptom
All users cannot make calls. When a user dials any numbers (including intra-office numbers), an announcement is played indicating that the call is barred. However, no configuration is modified.
Possible Cause
The license has expired.
Solution
Run the show license command. It is found that the device uses a temporary license, and the license has expired.
Apply for a new license, and replace the expired license. The fault is rectified.
Suggestions
During delivery and test, record and manage temporary licenses to prevent service interruption due to license expiration.
