Hi, I just bought a Band pro 3, but I have many questions.

- Can I change the Step goal? And activity goal https://getappvalley.com/?

- how can I see the heart rate constantly, not just when I click on "measure heartrate" https://tweakbox.mobi/ https://tutuappx.com/?

- does it only count the calories burned through physical activity?
