BACK UP ON SD CARD NOT FOUND

So I factory reset my Huawei Y6 2018 but before that I see to it that I back up my files on my SD Card. After doing so. I wanted to restore my files now but the back up files don't show everytime I click restore and restore from sd card. I 100% backed up my files it's now occupying 2g of my sd. What's the problem? It's very annoying and disappointing. Hope someone can help me. There are a lot of important files there. Thank you
