HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

The download speed is good, but the upload speed is very slow. How can I fix it?

Using the Ookla speedtest I get 110 Mbit/s download, but only 0,14 Mbit/s upload using the B818-263 router. Using my mobile phone as a router I get 18 Mbit/s down and 6 Mbit/s up.

The software is updated to latest version 11.0.1.1(H220SP1C983). I use it in Norway on Telenor network.

Hi, friend!
B818-263 is a consumer product.
Since I am not sure about your specific problem, you can log in to the web of the device according to the information on the device nameplate and check the network status of the device on the web of the device . If the uplink rate is low, you can try to recover by restarting and resetting the device If you still cannot restore the device's upstream network, because your network is maintained by an ISP, you can contact your ISP for a corresponding solution.
Thanks!

Hello,

Please check whether the wireless setting of your access device is correct, you need to ask the network operators whether this model is supported.

Thanks
