HI, when using the phone function, the receiver hear my voice is distorted. I'm using cordless phone to make calls. The router will switch to 3G network when making calls.
When I tested using E5186S-22a router for calls function,using the same cordless phone no problem at all.

Web UI version: 21.100.26.00.03
Besides, the service provider has this VoLTE service but why this router can't support?
Kindly fix the problem asap.

I have the same problem as you, man! But I was able to contact them by using the support in this webpage: https://consumer.huawei.com/en/support/ Then I selected 'E-mail' (at the bottom of the page), and I've compiled the 'module'. You can find it right here: https://consumer.huawei.com/en/contact-us/ There are other ways to contact them as well.. Live chat, for example. Anyway, back to the B618s-22d... I bought it as well, and I asked them about the VoLTE, but, unfortunately, they told me IT DOESN'T HAVE VoLTE !!!  Go blame the others who said it was just a matter of firmware, because.... It's not like that. (The support also told me they were NOT going to update it in the near future, and, in any case, in next updates there won't be VoLTE management... because it doesn't have it.) Now you are probably going to ask: 'Why was it written that B618 has VoLTE???' Simple: the other variant, aka B618s-65d has VoLTE, but B618s-22d doesn't have it.
