I have read around the posts to try and find a solutions to my problem, but have found nothing definitive.
I have SIP configured, can make outbound calls but cannot receive inbound, callers receive busy tone.
It is acting as though port 5060 plus RTP ports from the internet are blocked, but I have not found a way to check that. How can I monitor what is being blocked by the firewall?
I have also tried to ssh to the CPE but the default credentials do not work. What are the ssh credentials.

Is there newer firmware for this device?

Hi, I am facing to same issue. I'm not able to use RJ11 phone port. Furthermore I have not seen any possible configuration in Web interface about phone (except Sip ALG port configuration). I cross checked with phone provider and no limitation exists. To solve issue i flashed with new universal firmware V200R001B270D25SP03C182 (C1134) is related to provider customization and it does enable RJ11 port.
