b593s-22 port forwarding issue - not reachable from the outside

Sorry for cross posting...

dear all, please help me.

my brand new b593s-22 Hw version B , Firmware: V200R001B236D30SP01C58 seems that cannot forward any port, not even with DMZ ... only port 80 (http) seems to work, as expected, in all situations...

the firewall setting is at its lower level (even if it states something like: incoming internet for lan disabled... and this seems odd). Anyhow I can't even ping it from the outside....

any advice ?
