B593s-22 / I can't change anything in my router settings (Call in progress; cannot configure the router. Please try again after the call.)

Everytime I access my router settings (B593s-22) to change something (SSID for example) I get this message "Call in progress; cannot configure the router. Please try again after the call.". I tried reseting the router many times but same thing happens. Please Help.
