B5328-155 factory reset Issue

Hi;


Please I need your support.

I use my modem mainly by LAN

and the WIFI sometimes

and recently I found the SSID changed to default "HUAWEI-B53283" but not the password

I reset the modem several times but the default password does not pass

I can't login with the default user/password marked behind the modem

I indicate that the modem works fine by LAN

Not even able to find the firmware or a way to restore the modem.

Our Community is mainly for Enterprise equipment. Huawei B5328 is Consumer-type equipment.

 
If you restore the factory settings, the password on the back of the product will not work. We recommend that you first make sure your password is entered correctly, such as in the correct case of the letters. If the password is correct, the default password may have been changed. Contact your device provider to obtain the correct password.
