B525 Router has lost a lot speed

So my router was working fine until a few days ago, when suddenly it speed dropped hugely, the RSRP has gone up and i have checked with my providers and they have send someone to check the tower and they have said that everything is fine there end. 

But my speed is so slow now i can't do my job, I have two external Yagi ariels which i have tested both and they are working fine, it seems to be the router that causing all the issues. Its as if they power they are sending and reciving has been turned down. I have the router set to External Antenna and rebooted and restet everything but nothing seems to work. My ping is through the roof and it has been working fine for 6 months and boom suddenly this. 

Please help?
