Hello, my dear!

I understand that the problem is that the device will not boot after a reset.

Can the symptom of startup failure be specific? For example, whether the device cannot be powered on? Is the indicator on the front of the device panel still on?

If the power supply is normal, you can use another power supply to power on the device or replace the socket. However, you are advised to use the original power supply.

Thanks!

Thee can be 2 possible causes:
1) Your router isn't assembled correctly
2) Your router isn't turned on correctly

Check the power to the router:
Turn on your router
Turn the back of your router towards you.
Connect the power supply to the power plug and to a power point.
Tap and hold On/Off until your router is turned on.

Hello, friend!

According to your description, it appears that the device has been restored to its factory settings. However, I cannot determine why the device cannot be powered on. You need to send the device to a local Huawei store for repair.

Thanks!
