B525-23a won't connect to other wifi

I am working from home office. Finished connection limit on the Sim card in the router. I would use my business iPhone as hotspot but cannot find any option in b525 settings to connect to another wifi. Used to have it in any other router I know. Really frustrating.
Isn't it really possible?
