B315 router admin password error

Hello,


Upon changing the admin password it was accepted and saved, but when I tried to log in with the new password it keeps giving me an incorrect password message. I have tried both the old and new passwords and it keeps giving the same response.


this has happened on numerous occations even after resetting the router to its default settings.


please advise.
