Hi
Is there any way to see the routers s/n in the UI of the router, trying to get my account upgraded to access firmware updates - tried the s/n on the sticker of both the inside and outside unit but they reject it as there is no match

Hoping someone out there knows something.

Hello, friend.

You can query the serial number (SN) of a wireless router in the following ways:

Method 1: Query the serial number of the device through the nameplate at the bottom of the device.

Method 2: Use the gift box to query the serial number of the device.

Method 3: Connect your phone or computer to the WLAN of the wireless router, enter 192.168. 8.1 in the address box of your browser, and enter the login password to access the device management page. Choose Settings > System > Device Information to view device information.

I have tried with the serialnumber on the sticker - didnt work

When i go to the device information there is no serialnumber.

I do not have the box any more.

Anyway to promt the router for it’s serial or any other way to see it?B2368-66 Serialnumber-4134243-1
