Can I add six interfaces for one router?

You can right-click Settings -> Add Interface Board to add router interface.

To see how many interfaces you can find on a router in eNSP, you will need to add a router in the working place, right-click on it, click on settings, then check the View pad.
For chassis routers, like AR2240, you can plug cards into the chassis. On the same view you will see the cards supported in eNSP.

I'm afraid not. You can insert cards only on AR router series in eNSP.
