automatically changing the provider by borders

I live in Germany and work in the Netherlands. I have a Dutch provider. Each time I cross the border, I need to change the provider manually. How can I change the settings so that the phone automatically changes the provider?

Click the shape in the SmartArt graphic that you want to change.

Under SmartArt Tools, on the Format tab, in the Shape Styles group, click the arrow next to Shape Fill, and then click the color that you want. To choose no color, click No Fill.
