Error code 989860863 is not found in NCE product document. 


This error states that the database storage id is incorrect.

Dear friend!
The possible causes are as follows:
1. The user rights are insufficient. Change the NE user level to a higher level.
2. The DCC network is unstable.
Check the connection status between the NMS and the GNE and between the GNE and the NE. If any exception occurs, rectify the fault.
