After a DC user is configured for an NE, the alarm is usually cleared after the next backup is complete. If the alarm persists, the database may be running abnormally. As a result, the alarm is not automatically synchronized or refreshed. You can try manually synchronizing or masking the alarm.

The error code contained in your screenshot shows that a DC account was missing during data backup. To solve this problem, add a DC account dedicated for backup to the NE and log in to the NE.
