HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

Hello

I use imanager U2000  V200R018C60SPC200 and U2000LCT V200R018C60CP5011

(to manage OSN1800V V100R9C0)

When I launch an auto-discovery by network segment (IP range)...it fails

(however it works when I Use the NE exact IP)

which is very annoying when this is a new NE not yet commissioned....

has someone met this issue?

and how to fix it?

thank you

Dear rsa1975!
If you search for NEs by network segment, the PC sends broadcast packets. The router or Layer 3 switch between the PC and the device must prevent broadcast storms. Therefore, broadcast packets cannot be transmitted. Therefore, you cannot obtain NE information by searching for network segments.
You can try again by directly connecting the network cable to the device.

Thanks!
