The new commercial product SUN2000-29.9KTL available for Australia region can have a communication problem with Smart Logger 1000.
If you'll meet this situation, when you'll try to connect your inverter to Smart Logger 1000, take a look in Smart Logger Interface:
- Log in as Advance User
- Go to Monitoring
- Smart Logger 1000
- About
-Check the software version
Smart Logger Firmware version should end in SPC118 in order that the new inverter SUN2000-29.9KTL to be read by Smart Logger 1000.
If your firmware version is an old one please contact Huawei Service Support on eu_inverter_support@huawei.com and we'll provide you the last firmware version for your Smart Logger 1000 and instruction about how you can make this upgrade and the problem will be solved.
