ATS in automatic mode, no automatic changeover between oiler and main power (basic self-test check)

escription of the problem: The ATS does not perform an automatic changeover between the oiler and the main power

1. First check that the ATS switch is in automatic mode

2. Check that the manual handle has been removed（If not removed, the ATS will not be able to make the switchover from the mains to the oiler.）

3. Check for abnormalities in the main power (if the main power is not within the allowed UPS voltage, the switchover from oil to main power will not take place)

4. Check the status of the signal cable connections

5. Analysis of the problem with reference to specific alarm messages
