atlas 500 no yum?

I have an atlas 500 3010 and it seems that yum is not installed? is there anyway to installed yum? The atlas 500 is running on EulerOs 2.2.200.011. I have tried wget from the huawei mirror and when i rpm there is a lot of dependencies error eg python >2.4 despite having python installed
