"AT command" in the Huawei e3372h-510, i need help :(

I have a small problem with the Huawei E3372h-510 modem dongle, the problem comes when I try to activate the Packet Data Protocol (PDP) context and it tells me an error with the "at command"

AT+CGACT=1,1

it returns an ERROR, but nevertheless if I use
AT+CGACT=0,1

returns an OK.

Because the LTE module needs a default PDP context (profile 0) to register on the LTE network, the default PDP context should not be removed. And the corresponding <cid> is 0, so you cannot execute
AT+CGDCONT=0.

If all PDP contexts are undefined, the default parameters of PDP context are returned. In which, the default value of <cid> is 1, and it will be saved when MT is powered off
