Assigning the Instant Meeting Service Permission for a user on U1900 PBX

The topic describes how to assign the instant meeting service permission for a user on the U19.

Only users with instant meeting service permission can use the instant meeting service. The configurations on the instant meeting service are the same as those on the scheduled meeting service.

By default, users have the service permission. To configure the service permission, perform the following operations:

1. Use an administrator account to log in to the web management system of a U1900 series unified gateway.

2. On the User > SIP User or User > POTS User page, select the user number to be assigned the service permission and click Service Configuration.
   

3. Under Simple service (rights), select Instant meeting, and click OK.
