Asking help on wlan planner software

In the outdoor environment, the wlan planner only allow insert buildings or trees, can't insert other obstacle. for other obstacles are used to the indoor environment. So what's the environment you want to plan?

in the outdoor environment. the default obstacle is insulation in wlan planner. just link the tree and building

Hi, Sir we have checked this issue, no any abnormal finding in the logs. for further analysis we need remote your laptop to check the issue. suggest to contact huawei tac and open a ticket to handle.
