A s checked wireshark trace, the media(IP/PORT/PAYLOAD) was no change from the call started to hook-on,

But there was no RTP from answer time to hold/unhold time(re-invite, this re-invite do not change media),

Please check you IPPBX side, thanks(This is the comments from KSA ISP STC).
