This post is about the artifacts present when checking the live stream from an IVS client for IPC6525-Z30. Please see more information below.
Artifacts are present when checking the live stream from a IVS client, but on the stream from the web interface of the IPC 6525-Z30 there is no issue. IPC firmware version used V200R003C30SPC200:
1. All the other IPC's with the same version and model don't have this issue.
2. Checked the Stream configured on the IVS Client on both the working and non-working camera; both have the same codec and bit stream as well changed from UDP to TCP stream - no change.
3. Changed the bit stream in the IVS Client for the non-working camera from 4096 to a lower value. The quality of the image is improved, but artifacts are still present.
Root cause
Disable the parameter from Settings -> Network -> Intelligent acceleration, the TCP intelligent acceleration feature and then restart the IPC.
After the IPC has restarted, check the IVS stream again.
