AR3260 faield to start

AR3200 failed to start after power on  and it has a sound.

 

You can see booting process from the attached document.

 

What will be the Solution?

SD Card ACMD41 always Busy!
SD Card ACMD41: Send Operating Condition FAIL!
SDCard[1] reset fail!
SDCard[1] Init fail!
USB2 Host Stack Initialized

The root cause is there is something wrong with SD Card. Our IOS is saved in SD Card, so device cannot start up.
please follow below:
1. unplug and plug the SD Card on SRU to check if it is working fine.'


2.If not, just contact Huawei for replacement.
