AR169FGW-L No PPP on Cell0/0/0?

Hi everyone,

I picked up one of these routers fresh out of the box and have an active SIM inserted into SIM Slot 1 (which I believe is Cell0/0/0). I had the exact same SIM in an AR1220 w an LTE SIC and was able to at least get the physical interface up but with this I cannot get the cell interface to go past spoofing and I cannot see how to configure PPP encapsulation and chap authentication on that interface.

Is a firmware upgrade or anything required? Has anyone done this before? Apparently I cannot even use the command "link-protocol ppp" to use on this interface as it says it is not allowed. Do I need to configure the PPP somewhere else like a dialer?

It looks like it is supported on Cell0/0/1 but I have no idea what that is.

Any help greatly appreciated as I am lost with this!
