Our router software version AR120-V200R008C50SPC500.cc ,tried to download AR129-V200R010C10SPC700 from huawei support site and upgrade the software but it gave an unavailable error. what is the reason?

You can try registering the device with the SN, and if that doesn't work out, pleasecontact the seller of the device. Or you can try contacting your local tac to get the software.

My problem is actually why the version I upgraded is failing. Somehow I can find firmware, but I don't know which version I should download. My request from you is that if you share the firmware link, you will be of great help. My router serial number: 21500103042SJ2601115

You can download the recommended version V200R010C10SPC700 as you mentioned

Note that you must have permission to download the firmware. You can upgrade your account by binding your product SN or Huawei contract number.
