Step one check the license filea that customer inmport is correct or not.need compare the ESN

We found the licnese ESN and the production is correct,But the license which customer download is invalid from ESDP system.

Step two download the new license file wich is valid and upload to system to test again.

After test customer still feedback that active fail with same error.After confirm that customer use the WEB UI to login the license files and then active it via CLI.

Suggest use FTP with bin mode to load the license file

Bin mode is very good ,i think this is key information ,right Robin ?

You need to activate licenses in either of the following situations:

Purchasing a license to obtain permissions on related functions after you purchase a new device.
Applying for a new license file, and upgrading and loading the license file when the license file is loaded on the device and a new feature is required.
