AR 1220 with 4G.SHDSL board does not shutdown ATM interfaces

I use AR1220 with 4G.SHDSL board. To  configure the SHDAL parameters, you need to disable the ATM interfaces,  but the "shutdown" command does not deactivate the ATM interfaces and  can not be configured with them.
Tell me what to do.

I tried on a real device and the command works. It is an eNSP limitation.

After the device starts, its G.SHDSL interface is automatically activated. The G.SHDSL interface remains activated as long as its G.SHDSL line works properly. To enable the device to communicate with a DSLAM, run the undo activate command to deactivate the G.SHDSL interface on the device, set parameters such as the transmission standard, interface binding mode, power spectral density (PSD) mode, and line probing function for the interface, and then reactivate the interface to make the configured parameters take effect.
