Problem: there is an issue for customer that he has a lot of AP go offline after changing the AP group, after troubleshooting we found that there is a misconfiguration in the AC default wired port profile with mode endpoint, the AP's wired interface does not join any VLAN by default and its uses for connecting computer
solution: After removing the endpoint configuration on AC and restored the AP to a factory setting, then AP can be online successfully.
