APs going offline/online

I am appreciating your support as we are suffering multiple APs restarting (and STAs are being disconnected for a while). the wireless controller diagnosis process indicates the following:

1) for most of our cases, WLC shows: heartbeat packet transmission for the CAPWAP data tunnel between the AC and AP times out.

2) heartbeat packet transmission for the CAPWAP control tunnel between the AC and AP times out.

3) Reset for others.

4) Reset for 11ac target chip abnormal.


APs model: AP6050DN

APs version: V200R007C10SPC300


we are seeking your support how to overcome the issue of APs going offline/online. and i would like to ask about the escape functions utilization to avoid STAs disconnection.

According to the above reasons for the AP offline, check the network connectivity between the AP and AC. It is also possible that the hardware of the device is malfunctioning.
Please collect the files in the /logfile and /corefile directories, monfile.txt, daemon.log, daemon.log.bak, one-click diagnosis, and other information, and contact Huawei TAC. They will provide remote services to locate faults.
You can deploy the CAPWAP broken link escape solution to ensure that after the CAPWAP link fails, the original users are not forced to go offline and the new users can still access. Please refer to https://support.huawei.com/hedex/hdx.do?docid=EDOC1100169994&id=EN-US_TASK_0176919655&lang=en
