According to the above reasons for the AP offline, check the network connectivity between the AP and AC. It is also possible that the hardware of the device is malfunctioning.
Please collect the files in the /logfile and /corefile directories, monfile.txt, daemon.log, daemon.log.bak, one-click diagnosis, and other information, and contact Huawei TAC. They will provide remote services to locate faults.
