Conclusion: NE Routers DON'T have any remote (http/s) RESTful API.
The OPS bullshit is only for running a cron job script.

The device does not have open API interfaces. If you want to manage devices, you can use the NMS, such as U2000 and eSight, to manage devices through SNMP.

SNMP is applicable to monitoring device status. SSH is a better choice if you need to issue commands

I don't understand the OPS feature and can't find any documentation about the API methods of any kind for this router. In the other hand I found documentation for CloudEngine Switches https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/en/doc/EDOC1100004328/426cffd9/about-this-document

OPS feature for this router does support the HTTP RESTful API ?
