AP5030DN-S wifi unable to obtaning IP using Web interface

It is possible that the configuration was not saved, and when the outage occurred some part of the configuration was lost.
Please make sure that the dhcp is working properly and also check the dhcp server can reach the end device.

I would like to help you, It's possible to provide more information about the current setup?
Your AP is working in standalone mode? or you have an access controller that manage multiple access-points? This type of AP can work in both ways.

Based on this information I can help you with a guide which allow you to reconfigure the system. For some reason the configuration was lost.
