What are the commands i need to add so that AP2 will be connected?

Hello,
Please check if the ports on the switches connection upstream and downstream are all permitting the AP's management VLAN.
And refer to the following guide for Troubleshooting

Hello,

In your device, you should configure:

interface GigabitEthernet0/0/23
description AP_XXX_XXX_XXXX
port link-type trunk
port trunk pvid vlan XX
port trunk allow-pass VLAN 2 to 4094
#

make sure that VLAN is correctly configured into both switches.
