Hi, As we talked in the thread you posted before, I think it is the inconsistent negotiation of power supply caused the problem. But you indicated the Cisco denies any issues at their terminal, maybe you can contact with the Huawei TAC to ask them for the information of the Cisco IP phone needed during the troublshooting, then seek Cisco engineers for providing the corresponding data.
One way to get around this problem is to add power injectors as you said in previous thread, this issue doesn't occur with S5720. So, it looks like a issue with power supplied to the AP.
