AP 5760-51 power insufficient

Dear All,

I am connection our AP 5760-51 with Juniper switch EX2200 and EX2300. The power in EX2200 is configure to 30W as below: 

set poe management static
set poe interface all
set poe interface ge-0/0/3 priority high
set poe interface ge-0/0/3 maximum-power 30
set poe interface ge-0/0/3 telemetries

We think the issue may be because of the LLDP, here is configuration of LLDP in Juniper switch, our AP configuration is as default.

set protocols lldp management-address 192.168.1.14
set protocols lldp transmit-delay 1
set protocols lldp interface all
set protocols lldp-med

Could you please help to solve this issue?
