AP 5760-22 Model, Issues with new iPhones

Hi ,

I am using AE 5760-22W AP's in standalone mode. I have around 90 AP's using in standalone.


whoever having iPhone X, 11, and all-new model iPhones having issues with connecting to SSID.

whenever they tried to connect, it is always telling unable to Join or the wrong password. after 10-20 tries finally it is connecting and after a few minutes, it is disconnecting automatically. again i need to connect the phone to SSID and the same process repeating.

with older model iPhones like 6,7,8 and iPad, I don't have any issues. I almost tested with new model iphones (6/7 clients) and all facing the same problem.


kindly help me to address this issues.

Hi ,

please set air time interval to any other value on SSID. I also faced same issue and after changing that value now it's okay.

Try to use the portal captive-bypass enable command to enable the CNA bypass function for iOS terminals.

we are not using any captive-portal. we configured the SSID with basic WPA2 system. only enter password and it will connect.
